A Manassas man facing several child porn charges is being held behind bars without bond.
According to Manassas City Police, Roberto Alvarez was arrested Thursday after police discovered a file-sharing program at his home he allegedly used to obtain and distribute child porn over the internet since 2009.
Manassas Police worked with D.C. and Virginia police to investigate Alvarez, who is due in court in January.
