Metro police said a man was stabbed early Saturday morning on the platform at the Gallery Place Metro Station.
Police said the victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. They said he was not cooperating with detectives.
Several possible suspects were stopped, and police made one arrest. However, the arrest was due to an open warrant and not the stabbing incident, which occurred at 12:30 a.m.
The Red Line was single tracked through the station for about 90 minutes during the investigation.
