A man's death has been ruled a homicide nearly five months after his body was found inside a burning home in Northeast Washington.
Awlachew Ayele, 66, was found dead inside a home on the 1100 block of Queen Street NE on Jan. 26.
On Wednesday, the medical exanminer detemined Ayele died from smoke and soot inhalation and multiple blunt force injuries. His death has been ruled a homicide.
No arrests have been made.
