Man Fires Shot Into Neighboring Loudoun County Home

For the third time in the past several weeks, a shot has been fired into a Loudoun County home.

A man fired two rounds from a gun inside a home in the 44200 block of Litchfield Terrace in Ashburn about 2 a.m. Wednesday, according to the sheriff’s office. One bullet traveled outside the back of the home, but the other was fired into a neighboring townhome and went through a bed, News4's David Culver reported.

No one was injured.

Juan M. Ramos-Marroquin, 33, of Chantilly was charged with unlawful discharge in an occupied residence.

In early March, a shot was fired into Felicia Niesciur's Sterling home, almost hitting her dog. Deputies don’t know who is responsible.

A few weeks later, deputies charged a man who mistakenly pulled the trigger, striking a home just a few miles from Niesciur's.

Investigators don't believe the shootings are connected.
