Capitol Police say a man was arrested for smoking marijuana in the Library of Congress cafeteria Friday.
According to a police report, an officer "detected an odor consistent with the smell of burning marijuana" at the Madison building cafeteria. A man in the area consented to a backpack search and the officer found a marijuana cigarette which tested positive for THC.
