A man arrested for allegedly jumping a bicycle rack style security barrier at the White House fence last year is considered a fugitive.
Jose Fuertes was arrested March 9, 2016, according to federal court documents.
He failed to show for a hearing in D.C. Superior Court in April 2016, according to court documents.
There is a current bench warrant for Fuertes. D.C. police is the agency assigned to find him.
