A man was arrested Wednesday for recording a child using the bathroom at Nationals Park, police say.
Jeffrey Douglass Kaliel, 41, used an iPhone to record video of the child at the stadium in Southeast D.C.
Kaliel was charged with voyeurism.
Police seized his iPhone, according to a police report.
The Nationals played the Atlanta Braves Wednesday afternoon.
