At least four pedestrians were hurt Saturday when a car crashed in a Falls Church shopping plaza parking lot, Fairfax County police said.
Police responded to the 2900 block of Annandale Road in West Falls Church around midday where they said a man driving a BMW 3 Series hit an occupied car and then hit two four pedestrians and two more cars.
All four pedestrians and the driver of the BMW were taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
The driver of the car stayed on the scene, police said. It's unclear what caused the crash, but police said the man accelerated after hitting the first car.
