If it's rare, unusual or just something you need, it's likely among the thousands of items on sale this weekend at the 77th annual Ladies Board Rummage Sale.
The event kicks off Saturday at Morven Park in Leesburg, Virginia.
Proceeds benefit the Greatest Needs fund of INOVA Loudoun Hospital.
More than $100,000 each year goes toward nursing scholarships.
More than 500 volunteers help make the event successful.
Legend has it that the first year of the rummage sale, the group brought in $150.
Last year the Ladies Board raised $220,027.

The event has no admission fee, except for the early-bird hours Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Free admission hours are Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
A silent auction runs Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and includes some rare items.
"We have fine art, original art in there," said Lisa Cromwell, the chairman of the rummage sale. "We have tickets to the Washington Redskins ... three antique grandfather clocks ... Waterford Crystal and a nine-foot tall copper chair believed to be from Europe."
Furniture and clothing were among last year's top sellers.
This year there's also a "man cave" with tools, electronics and other items that might appeal to men.
(Heads up, guys, we also saw vacuum cleaners and an ironing board there.)
