More than a dozen condos in Arlington’s Courthouse section are ready for sale, according to DCMud.
A total of 14 condos, by North Rhodes Street, are now complete. Each of the units are large ranging from 1,100 square feet to over 2,000 square feet.
First level-condos feature private terraces. Upper units feature private rooftop terraces with oak floors and granite counters.
A total of 89 in all are scheduled to complete by the end of 2009.
Neighbors include Iwo Jima Memorial and views of the National Mall.
The new condos may retail up to $1 million.
