77-Year-Old Woman Dies in Fairfax County Crash

A 77-year-old woman was killed in a crash involving a car and a Freightliner truck Wednesday evening in Fairfax Station.

The victim, Gladys Moline, was a passenger in a 1994 Lexus driven by a 80-year-old man. Fairfax County Police said he was turning left from Ox Road (Route 123) onto Little Ox Road around 6:10 p.m. when the Lexus was hit by the truck, according to a preliminary investigation.

Moline and the driver of the Lexus were taken to a local hospital, where Moline died.

Police said neither speed nor alcohol seem to be factors in the crash. No one has been charged at this time, authorities said. They are continuing to investigate the crash.
