Girl Reported Missing in D.C. Found Safe

Police say a 13-year-old girl who disappeared Monday night has been found safe.

Shawnetta Payne was last seen in the 2200 block of Southern Avenue SE at 9 p.m. Monday.

Police did not say where she was found.
