Police in Washington, D.C., are asking the public for help locating a missing 11-year-old girl.
Breaniya Todd was last seen at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of Kingman Place NW.
Todd is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. She has short, black hair and brown eyes.
Todd was last seen wearing an orange jacket, tan pants and brown boots.
