BETHESDA, Md. -- River Road was closed in both directions between Western Avenue and Goldsboro Road in Bethesda Friday evening because of a gas leak near a gas station.
The leak, which was near the Capital Crescent Trail Bridge and Little Falls Parkway, was capped after 5 p.m. River Road was expected to reopen by 7 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
