UPDATE: Loki has been found safe and unharmed, police said.
Police in Fredericksburg, Virginia, were looking for one of their own - a K-9 named Loki - amid the dangerous winds that caused damage throughout the region.
The Fredericksburg Police Department tweeted Friday night that Loki got loose from his home because of the strong winds. He was last seen in the Grafton area of Stafford County.
