The Metropolitan Police Department/Federal Bureau of Investigation Violent Crimes Task Force arrested four suspects in connection to a bank robbery Thursday morning in northwest D.C.
Police were called to the Colombo Bank in the 1300 block of 9th Street, Northwest, around 10:40 a.m. Thursday. Witnesses said three men entered the bank and gave a teller a note announcing the robbery. The three fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Allante Alexander, 20, of SE Washington and Allesha Alexander, 25, of NE Washington, were arrested Thursday afternoon. Alex Alexander, 20, of SE Washington, and Alvin Alexander, III, 24, of SE Washington, were arrested Friday morning.
All four were taken into custody by the Violent Crimes Task Force and charged with robbery.
