Police in the District are looking for the gunman who shot and killed a man Wednesday morning in the Northeast.
The victim was found around 8:25 this morning on Quarles Street NE.
Police say he'd been shot several times.
According to investigators, the victim appears he might have been in an apartment building at the time.
Police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to come forward.
