Falls Church Architect Delights Neighbors With Elaborate Snow Sculptures

While many are tired of the wintry weather we've had all season, a Falls Church man will be sad to see it go.

Walter Crain is known in his neighborhood for his beautiful and detailed snow sculptures.

He's made several this winter.

Wednesday he sculpted a lion and a lamb, symbolizing March.

Crain, a residential architect, believes art and architecture go hand in hand.

Working from home gives him the flexibility to "play in the snow," he said.
