A former elementary school basketball coach and substitute teacher who blackmailed children for "sexually exploitative images" in Prince George's County, Maryland, has been sentenced to another 30 years in prison.
Christopher Harris Speights, 35, was sentenced Friday on charges of child pornography and sex abuse. Prosecutors say Speights preyed on single-parent families to gain access to victims and record them performing explicit acts.
Prosecutors said many of Speights' victims played for the South County Sports Academy where he coached. Other victims attended school at Bradbury Heights Elementary School in Capitol Heights, where he was a substitute teacher.
"He offered his home to those children. He had them come to his house and he used his house to film them, to abuse them," Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh said.
Prosecutors said there are hundreds of victims who they've seen on video and they have not been able to identify them.
"We are still identifying victims. There's still a host of images and faces that the police are still reviewing," Assistant Maryland Attorney General Kelly Burrell said Friday.
The Prince George's County sentence will be served concurrently to Speights' federal sentence. Speights was sentenced in federal court Tuesday to 35 years in prison on similar charges.

Speights admitted earlier this year to secretly recording children during field trips and blackmailing them for photos. He also admitted to posing as a teenage girl online to solicit photos from boys.
Speights also faces sentencing in Worcester County.
