D.C. police arrested a suspect who had escaped from custody last week after receiving medical treatment at a hospital.
Police apprehended 36-year-old Eric McNair of Northeast D.C. in Fort Washington, Maryland.
In addition to the original charges, McNair is now being charged with escape.
