How well do you know your H2O?
New results from a D.C. Water Taste Test say that District residents either prefer tap water to bottled or can't tell the difference.
We visited last year's taste test, which produced similar results.
This year, almost 600 District residents participated in a blind taste test over the summer. D.C. Water conducted the tests in each of the city's eight wards. Sixty-three percent of participants preferred the taste of tap water to bottled water or couldn't tell the difference.
If residents still aren't sure about their tap water, D.C. Water says it offers free quality testing.
