The DC Water Authority got served by its general manger, George Hawkins, who gave a scintillating solo dance performance at the agency's holiday party. The festivities were held at Ibiza Night Club in the Northeast.

This is Hawkins' second time in the spotlight this week. On Thursday, he gave a lengthy introduction for NBC commentator Chris Matthews at a D.C. Chamber of Commerce luncheon.
When Matthews heckled the Water and Sewer chief to hurry up, Hawkins shot back, "I'm gonna get your water cut off, " blogger Carol Joynt reported.
Don't mess with the water guy, Chris.
