A 37-year-old Manassas man is accused of touching a 13-year-old girl while she slept last weekend.
According to a news release, the assault occurred Friday into Saturday morning and was reported later that afternoon by the girl's mother. The victim said she woke to Darrell Vernnon Randolph touching her while she slept. Police said the teen knew Randolph.
Randolph was arrested on burglary and assault and battery charges the next day. He's being held behind bars without bond.
