Cop Impersonator Arrested at Ferguson Protest in D.C.

As dozens of demonstrators marched in the area of New York Avenue and 5th Street NW late Tuesday night, a man was arrested for impersonating police.

Around 11 p.m. the group of protestors managed to shut down New York Avenue in the area.

Thirty minutes later, News4's Chris Lawrence reported a man was arrested for allegedly impersonating a police officer.

Earlier in the evening, a peaceful "town hall-style" gathering was held at Busboys and Poets as community members gathered to discuss recent pollice-related violence outside of what happened in Ferguson.
