Cold Air Moves in Ahead of Inauguration

No severe storms in forecast for Inauguration Day

WASHINGTON -- The coldest air the D.C. has had in a few winters is moving into the area, but it shouldn't be as cold for Inauguration Day.

Expect highs in the upper 20s and lower 30s Wednesday and the mid-to-upper 20s Thursday. There's also a chance for snow flurries Thursday.

Then Friday, expect lows in the mid-teens and highs in the mid-20s before the weather begins to warm up Saturday.

No big storms are in the forecast for Inauguration Day.
