Last month, D.C. announced that residents could grade five agencies at a new website: grade.dc.gov.
The grades for June and July (up until now) are in and the results are, well, okayish.
The five pilot agencies -- the Department of Motor Vehicles, the Department of Public Works, the District Department of Transportation, the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, and the Department of Parks and Recreation -- averaged about a 'C,' or a 2.3 on a 4.0 scale.
The July grades are up from June, which had four 'C-' grades.

At this rate, these agencies will be have the GPA of overachieving AP students by December. Though we imagine that the 10 agencies the city is planning to add to the program won't bring the class average down.
