Mastro's Steakhouse (600 13th St. NW) will offer a special cherry crisp dessert priced at $11 each.

Bar Dupont
Bar Dupont celebrates the beginning of spring with a series of new cocktails from March 30 through April 30. The new specials include I Shochu Chu Choose You, containing traditional shochu with juiced-to-order grapefruit, oloroso sherry and sweet potato shochu. The Isla de La Juventud is a variation of the classic Japanese cocktail. The Rickey-San includes matcha tea, gin, yuzu and lime juices for a refreshing house-made soda, and the Stillwater Extra Dry Combo combines beer and a shot of whiskey, producing a Japanese-style beer.

At Alta Strada (465 K St. NW), the dessert menu will feature an almond-crusted tartlet filled with seasonal fruit and Amarena cherries paired with vanilla bean gelato. The pastry, created by pastry chef Alex Levin, will be available throughout the National Cherry Blossom Festival.

Bangkok Joe’s (3000 K St. NW) will have a special cherry blossom-inspired menu from March 15 through April 16. You'll find everything from a cherry blossom fizz cocktail to a smoked duck taco, plus cherry-miso glazed salmon and chocolate mousse with cherry compote.

Cambria Hotel & Suites (899 O St. NW) have crafted a new cocktail called the Pink Blossom, featuring ruby red grapefruit vodka. In addition, the hotel is featuring a cherry blossom room package which includes a hotel room, half off valet parking and two signature Pink Blossom drinks at the bar.

Tico (1926 14th St. NW) will offer a Cuban-inspired medianoche sandwich in honor of the festival. The sandwich features cured wild boar belly, cherry-cola glaze, mojo verde and morello cherry mustard with a side of sweet potato fries. The sandwich is available March 15-29.
