A cyclist was critically hurt Sunday after an SUV struck him near Logan Circle in D.C.
Police say the crash happened about 4:45 p.m. at the intersection of 11th and P streets NW.
D.C. Fire and EMS say the man riding the bike went to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Jeep SUV stayed at the scene and was not hurt, police said.
Police shut down the intersection during their investigation.
