Bill Cosby shows in Las Vegas and Illinois have been canceled amid a growing number of sexual assault allegations.

Officials at the Treasure Island hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip say they've mutually agreed with the comedian to cancel his upcoming performance there. The Champaign Park District in Illinois also announced the cancellation of two scheduled appearances at the Virginia Theatre in April.

The cancellations were announced Friday, a day after a Florida woman came forward to say Cosby drugged and raped her after a Las Vegas show in 1976. She's the fourth woman in recent weeks to make similar allegations.

Treasure Island spokeswoman Michelle Knoll said "it wasn't a good time" for the Nov. 28 performance. She added that ticketholders will be given refunds. Organizers of the Illinois show also said they will offer full refunds to those who purchased tickets for the April 11, 2015 performances.

Other companies have recently distanced themselves from the comedian, including Netflix and NBC.

Cosby's lawyer has said the charges are false and outlandish.

Correction: An earlier version of this story incorrectly identified the location of some of the shows as Virginia. The shows are in Illinois.
