Police in Baltimore have made an arrest in a hit-and-run crash that killed a woman and toddler.

Lucresha Mints, 28, was arrested Wednesday. Police say Mints hit and killed a 25-year-old woman and a 2-year-old with her car in the area of Franklin and Monroe streets just after 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Family members told police that the hit-and-run followed an argument, and that Mints knew her victims. Police have identified the victims as Latoya Skipwith, 25, and Joshua Carter Jr., 2.

Mints did not appear to have a listed telephone number. It was not clear if she has an attorney.
