A Maryland Amber Alert issued for a 4-year-old boy has been canceled after authorities say he was found unharmed in Virginia.
Adonis Cruz-Reyes was suspected of taking his son, Dilan Cruz-Hernandez, and was believed to be driving a dark-colored 1999 Jeep Cherokee with Virginia tags KEILA5, Baltimore police said. Cruz-Reyes does not have custody of the boy.
Cruz-Reyes was wanted for robbery, assault, violating a protective order and traffic charges related to leaving the scene of a crash, police said.
A law enforcement source told News4 the boy and Cruz-Reyes were found in Prince William County.
