An Amber Alert has been issued for a young girl missing from Petersburg, Virginia.
Kaleya Ketter, a 4-year-old girl, is believed to have been abducted by Phillip Alexander Ketter, who may be driving a black Nissan Altima south on I-85 towards Charlotte N.C.
Kaleya is described as a black female, four years old, 3 feet tall, weighing 50 pounds, with brown eyes and braided black hair. She was wearing a pink Hello Kitty t-shirt and Coogi pajama pants.
Ketter is 28 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair worn in dreadlocks. He was wearing a black shirt, jeans and a black coat. He may be with a woman named Love Shariff.
Kaleya was abducted Wednesday at 2:48 p.m., according to a release from Virginia's Amber Alert system.
