Anne Arundel County police say a man was hit over the head with a hammer and robbed by his girlfriend and another woman after he refused to give them money.
The 46-year-old man told police his girlfriend and a woman he does not know came to his house in the 7100 block of Ohio Avenue early on Friday and asked him for cash for several hours. He refused.
Around 7:30 a.m., police say one of the women hit him over the head with a hammer. They say the girlfriend's friend held him around the waist, while the girlfriend hit him over the head with a glass bottle.
The girlfriend took money from his pockets, jumped into a red van with her friend and took off.
