Women Punched, Robbed By Attackers in D.C.

D.C. police are looking for two men responsible for two Dupont Circle area assaults Tuesday night.

A woman was walking in the 1500 block of Q Street NW when she was approached from behind and punched in the face about 7:35 p.m., News4's Tony Tull reported. Two men took her iPhone and laptop computer.

Seconds later and about 20 feet away, another woman was punched. A man attempted to take her iPhone, but he fled before he could take the device, The Washington Post reported.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police Department told NBC4 the men were wearing black hooded jackets and were seen riding bicycles in the Dupont Circle area.
