Police are investigating an upskirting incident reported at a Wal-Mart in Manassas, Virginia.
A 23-year-old Manassas woman was shopping at the Wal-Mart at 9401 Liberia Ave. Thursday at 1:45 p.m when she felt something touch her skirt, police said. She told police when she turned around she saw an unknown man holding a cellphone under her skirt.
The victim told police she confronted the man, and he fled in a black Lexus SUV.
The suspect is described as a thin black male with black hair. He is about 6 feet tall. He was wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
