A woman is suing an Arlington, Va., cab company because of a sexual assault in 2008, ArlNow.com reported.
When she tried to pay her Blue Top Cab fare with her credit card and it didn't go through, the woman came up about $2 short, according to the lawsuit. So the driver allegedly took what cash she had left her in a dangerous neighborhood.
The woman was attacked and assaulted, according to the lawsuit.
She is suing for $5 million.
