Witnesses said a pedestrian was struck twice at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Florida Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Witnesses said a woman was walking in the crosswalk when she was hit by a car that may have run a red light. The driver did stop.
However, a black truck also hit the woman and then fled the scene.
Police have not released any details about the incident, but are continuing their investigation.
