The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for parts of Maryland west of I-95.
Forecasters say ice and sleet accumulations are expected to be minor, but they could make travel difficult.
The storm is expected to pass through the region overnight and the precipitation is expected to change to rain by Sunday morning.
