Virginia Doctor Accused of Sexually Assaulting Patient

Doc faces charges for alleged touching other inappropriately

Police have filed more charges against a Virginia doctor accused of inappropriately touching his patients.

Nizar Mohamed Hussain, of McLean, now faces an additional count of sexual battery and two counts of assault and battery.

Police said he inappropriately touched three female patients under his care. Investigators also believe he sexually assaulted a 52-year-old Stafford woman in September during one of the alleged incidents of inappropriate touching.

In December, he was charged with separate counts of sexual assault and assault and battery.

Hussain surrendered police yesterday. He is due back in court in April.
