Vick Bankruptcy Lawyers Headed Back to Virginia

Court also expected to consider issues related to sale of some of Vick's cars and boats

Newport News, Va. -- A hearing is scheduled Friday in Newport News on imprisoned NFL star Michael Vick's revised financial disclosure statement.

Last month, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Frank Santoro ruled the first disclosure statement insufficient and ordered a new one.

The court also is expected to consider issues related to the sale of some of Vick's cars, his boats and a house in Duluth, Georgia, that he wants to sell at auction.

The former Atlanta Falcons quarterback remains in the federal penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kan., where he is serving a 23-month sentence for his role in a dogfighting conspiracy. His lawyers say in court documents that he could soon be transferred to a halfway house.
