Virginia Man Accused of Having Explicit Communication With 16-Year-Old Girl

A 29-year-old man is accused of continuing an explicit online relationship with a teenage girl for months, all while he lived inside the same home his mother uses as a daycare center.

Prince William County Police arrested Justin Patrick Boniewicz, 29, on Friday, after a search of his Gainesville home.

"He's a good boy and his momma runs a good daycare," a woman told News4, adding she's comfortable with her child attending daycare classes at the home.

Police say Boniewicz and the 16-year-old girl met in a chat room in January and had a long-distance relationship on the internet.

Boniewicz allegedly encouraged the teen to Skype him pictures of sexual performances from her home in New York. Officers seized multiple electronic devices containing evidence of child porn from his house.

There's no evidence any of the children at the daycare center were victimized.

"I have the daycare kids' here and all their parents are aware of what's going on, they love us," a woman at the daycare said Monday. "They love this home, they love that I've been in business for 32 years... What is going on? I don't even know the charges."

Boniewicz has been charged with with production of child pornography, solicitation of child pornography and using a communications system to facilitate certain offenses with a minor.

He is being held without bond. A court date is pending.
