Ginger Slattery is accused of making threats against police via Facebook.

A woman accused of threatening to harm police officers and attack a police station was arrested Saturday in Prince William County, Va.

Ginger Slattery, 43, posted messages on her Facebook account threatening to harm officers of the Prince William County Police Department and attack one of their facilities, the department said.

A concerned citizen alerted police about the actions of Slattery, said police spokeswoman Erica Hernandez. Detectives with the Property Crimes Unit obtained warrants for Slattery's arrest. She has been charged with threats of death and criminal solicitation and was accused of inviting others to attack the station with her on Facebook.

Slattery was apprehended at her home, and a search warrant of her home was executed by the Prince William County Police Department.

She is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court next month.
