Two Va. College Students Slain in Separate Incidents

Two men have been arrested in connection with the slaying of sophomore at Old Dominion University, Paul Johnson; arrests have yet to be made in the separate killing of Virginia Union University sophomore, Kahron M. Lee. 

Norfolk police say 20-year-old Johnson died Sunday afternoon, about 13 hours after he was hit in the head while walking along a street near the campus.

Prince William County police obtained warrants charging 21-year-old David William Grimm Jr. of Triangle, with second-degree murder. The second suspect, 20-year-old Christopher Chase Johnson (no relation) of Woodbridge, is charged with misdemeanor assault after he turned himself in to Norfolk police. 

The second victim, Kahron Lee of Woodbridge was shot shortly before midnight Sunday. Police found him lying in a road.

He was pronounced dead at a local hospital at 12:37 a.m. Monday.
