Two men are facing charges in connection with a death in Aspen Hill.
Hugo Yupe, 21, of Rockville, Md., was shot and killed in a home on Superior Street Wednesday, police said.
Christopher Edwards, 20, stayed at the scene and called for help. Andrew Ramos, 19, fled but was arrested about an hour later when he returned to the neighborhood, police said.
The circumstances of the shooting are unclear.
Edwards was charged with second-degree murder and reckless endangerment and is being held without bond. Ramos is being held on a $20,000 bond on a count of reckless endangerment.
