Twins Charged in Burglary Investigation

Joshua and Isaac Franklin each charged with numerous counts

Twin brothers have been arrested for their alleged involvement in recent burglaries and thefts in Fredericksburg, Va., according to police.

Joshua and Isaac Franklin, 18, were arrested early Wednesday morning and each charged with five counts of burglary, three counts of grand larceny and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

Police made the arrests after investigating three incidents at the College Heights Swim Club between June 14-20 and burglaries at the Woehrle & Franklin law office and Roxbury Mills June 24 and June 25.

Detectives said they served a search warrant Wednesday morning and seized evidence from a home in the 600 block of Lafayette Boulevard.

The twins are currently being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail. The investigation is continuing.
