One lane of I-95 southbound has reopened after a tractor trailer jackknifed near Potomac Mills early Monday morning.
Virginia State Police were called to the scene near the Prince William Parkway at about 2:39 a.m. The truck's driver was conscious when police arrived and was transported to an area hospital for further observation.
All southbound lanes were closed for much of the morning as HAZMAT crews mopped up a fuel spill caused by the accident.
Drivers used the access road to get around the accident. There's no word on when all lanes will reopen.
