Students will notice additional security at Montgomery College's Rockville Campus following a threat of a shooting.
School officials say someone found a threatening message in a stairwell at the Campus Center Monday. The graffiti read, "school shooting 3-5-14."
The school reported the incident to Rockville City police and Montgomery County police. The incident remains under investigation.
In January, someone found a similar threat at the school's Germantown campus.
Police want to remind those on campus to report any suspicious activity. Students can also sign up for school's alert system to receive notifications about emergencies. Click here for more information on the alert system.
