Teen Killed While Pushing Car

Police said Kyle Alec Rowley, 19, of Herndon, was pushing the car when he was rear-ended by another driver. That man, a 39-year-old from Alexandria, was airlifted to a nearby hospital but is expected to be OK.

The broken-down car had emergency flashers on at the time of the crash, police said.
