A mother was driving two teenagers home from a movie Wednesday night when someone opened fire at their car and struck one of the teens.
The teen was struck in the shoulder after someone in another vehicle fired a shot through the passenger window on an exit ramp from the Baltimore-Washington Parkway to Route 450.
The mother took the victim to an area hospital, where he was treated and released.
Park Police called the shooting random.
