UPDATE: Maryland State Police said one person was killed in a crash that closed some inner loop lanes of the DC Beltway at Maryland Route 202.
Police have not identified the victim. Traffic was being diverted off the Beltway on Route 202, but police said all lanes on the Beltway are now open.
Police said two passenger vehicles crashed around 3 a.m. Sunday morning.
